352nd_Tazman Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 Anyone having an issue with rendering in VR after the last update? I run WMR with a HP Reverb G2. Everything was fine before the update, now it seems the left eye render is not correct. It has a "fishbowl" effect. When I move my head, the left eye scene moves along with my head while the right eye view is fine. It is unplayable. I have tried resetting the graphics settings with no success. Other games are rendering fine, so it is something in IL2. Cheers! Tazman 1
cipher240 Posted April 24, 2022 Posted April 24, 2022 (edited) I am having the same problem, except the fishbowl effect is in the right eye for me. Using steamvr with reverb G2. I haven't found a solution other than reducing FOV in steam VR to 90. However, the scale appeared to be off when using that fix. The aircraft I was testing with (P-40) seemed too big to me. Edited April 24, 2022 by cipher240 wrong term. used ipd but meant scale
Hai Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 (edited) Hey guys, had the same problem with the G2. What solved it for me was going back to the WMR video settings. In experience options go for best visual quality not best performance and also set the resolution to native 4320 x 2160. that solved it! Hope it helps ????
