Game wont start anymore after last Update

I am  running the steam version and now have a

 

#10005 Please update your game:new version available

 

error message.

 

Steam loaded the update 4.704 (but seemed to be extremely small) today and now the game wont start anymore.

 

Any solution for this?

@TimSell75, Please try to delete  all files in the \IL2\Updates folder

Thanks for the hint. Unfortunately the Steam Version does not seem to have this folder, or I am too blind to find it?

Ok, clearing the download cache of the steam app restarted the update. Thanks a lot!
