Anyone with the new RTX 3090ti having issues with HPReverb G2 compatibility? Getting WMR 1-4 Display Port issues. No problem with AMD 6900xt or older 2080 super. Have the new v2 cables.

Amazing, not a sole with this issue.

I would speculate that not many IL2 users have upgraded to the RTX 3090 Ti so that may be the reason for no responders.

What motherboard and CPU are you running?

All I can suggest is:

1. Have you tried all the display port outlets on the GPU?

2. Have you tried swapping the USB connection socket?
3. Have you upgraded your motherboard Bios to the latest release?

4. Have you checked to see if there is a later Bios for your graphics card?

5. Are you running the latest NVidia drivers?

Hope 1 or more of the above helps.

I had other problems with my 3090 Ti, worked fine all day but if I turned off the PC, it will not give display upon start, I had to put another video card, start PC, turn off PC, remove video card, install 3090Ti and it would start.

Send it for a replacement since EVGA support troubleshoot it and there was not fix.

New drivers came out a couple of days ago, give them a try.

It is a known issue. Reverb g2 (v2 cable) does now work with 3090 ti. You need v1 cable for the headset, otherwise it is noc even recognized. New drivers have not solved this, unfortunately.

Yes, reddit has a conversation on the ongoing issue. .77 driver update did not fix the issue. V1 with AMD CPU does not work which was why they went with V2. Replaced the 3090 ti with AMD 6900xt, HP G2 works fine. Also works with my 2080 super. For now I have a very expensive paper weight.

It works as long as it's plugged to a powered hub. That's how I had it for a few months until I got the V2 cable (which basically contains a powered hub).

True, some folks have gotten the v1 cable to work, I had no joy! Hopefully a updated nvidia driver will fix the issue. Fingers crossed of course
