Campaign radio volume too low

Hello. I'm trying to play some single-player campaigns but the radio volume is too low to hear anything. The voice volume is set on max in the options menu. Does anyone have a solution?

You could turn down the other sounds/music in the game and then turn up the sound in your Windows Mixer on desktop.
