Tried to buy Stalingrad but because I already have it on Steam, Im not allowed to buy it for myself...

 

Is ther a way around this?

If you have your accounts connected there is no need to buy again, you should be able to use all your content from either the steam or stand alone client.

I did that after buying the first two there in 2019, still glad i did.

Now i hope that will be possible for Cliffs-Tobruk as steam keeps screwing up my axis controllers continuously ... Cliffs is unplayable thanks steam.

Not allowed to buy it for yourself on Steam or on their Webstore. On Steam, Steam doesn't care you can buy many times as you want. When you can't you can delete your Key and buy again how many times you want. 

 

Why should their Webstore be different from Steam, they always preach buy from their webstore why should they placing restrictions when you don't even have for example any "Battle of Stalingrad Key" in your Profile?

 

Maybe you don't need to buy anything again. Close Steam launcher and look inside your Task Manager to be sure that Steam is not running. Then find the Game exe in your Steam Folder or where you installed that game. Start the Game manually using the Game exe. Log in and check in the Game what is unlocked. When everything is unlocked, great then you don't need Steam anymore.....

 

I can download the Game using Steam or their own Game downloader. I can start the Game using Steam or without Steam and have everything unlocked. Why your profile should be different from mine?
