Do you mean having two instances of the game running at the same time?  One from the launcher, and one on Steam?  

 

I don't believe so, but even if you could, I doubt your PC could handle it.

You can fly only one game pr account.

If you have two computers with IL 2 on same account. You can use both pc, but not at the same time.

If you install the game with a new account , let's say BOS from a sale. You are good to go

Two computers, one account. One station the pilot the other a gunner/bombardier.  Looks like I’ll be buying another copy the next time a sale comes around.
