Over cool water temps.

During continuous power cruise and descents on winter maps it  seems impossible

to keep temps in the desired operating range.  Was wondering if they were really

like this.  Just curious .  Bf 109E , Ju 88 , Spit. XIV  and Bf 110 notably.
