make more soldiers or ground crew models in single or multiplayer missions

Can  we make more soldiers or ground crew models in single or multiplayer missions? Especially when the plane is on the ground ready to start the engine, shall we make some ground crew models next to it ,so that it is more realistic and makes more fun！

I do agree though; right now it's possible to have soldiers walking around near some of the airfield objects, but it'd be great to have some kind of spawner without any kind of attached object, as well as the ability to add single soldiers and specify a certain animation or such.
