Can't find conf.ini file

Hello. Sorry my bad English.

 

I reinstalled il2 from steam, the path is I'm not able to find the conf.ini file of the game. In theory the path D:/steam / steamapps / common. In common I have two folders bin and data, but I can't find canf.ini

It's in Data but it's called startup.cfg not conf.ini. Conf.ini was for the old il-2 series as far as I remember.
