Graphics Menu “Bloom” Toggle

Explanation of proposals: toggle in graphics settings menu to choose to have bloom on or off
Benefits: enabling hdr improves game graphics. Makes the landscape look better and helps spotting aircraft. Enabling hdr automatically turn bloom on.  Bloom is undesirable as it washes out some details and creates fake looking glare on some surfaces with certain lighting.

Yes please - could be a simple checkbox. Having to disable via the config each time settings are changed is super annoying.
