IL2 aplication error memory cannot be read

Hi,

Since installing BAT Flashpoint sometimes  the following message appears

”IL2 APLICATION ERROR MEMORY AT (gives location) CANNOT BE READ”

Clicking “OK” returns back to a low resolution desktop screen

If anyone else as had this problem can they help with a way to fix it.
