Need Help With Camera Speed

I use a hat switch to look around in game and I recently had to reset my computer. In the screenshot, no matter how much I tinker around my settings, I can't change the speed settings of camera when it comes to looking around in my plane. It only affects head movement like looking above the nose to make a deflection shot. I can't make moving left and right faster no matter what I do. Please help.

Set Smoothness to like 20 or lower, inertia to 0 and all speeds to 100. If memory serves me well this will give u fastest head moovement possible.
