Was way into the "Achtung Spitfire" campaign - after recent 4.703 update unable to go beyond the start screen of the individual missions:

stuck at the pic with the vodka, pen, diary and that lugubrious song in infinite loop.

To the right you can see some of them blue flying-icons, RET brings up a grey unmarked zone to the left, O the mission map - but no possible action to go ahead

Other scripted campaigns are working well.

any ideas?

When there is an update that requires resaving the missions because the file structure is changed it is normally the creator of the campaign/missions that has to update and make the campaign/missions again compatible. There have been many issues to address as all the new updates like the atmospheric effects which by changing the cloud cover will impact the missions where the type of cloud cover is part of it. The updated skydome has also impacted the time, sunrise and sunset, as well as the calendar dates shifted by a few days that can impact night missions mainly where the moon or fullmoon  is used etc. It can be a lot of work as I have experienced but worth the price to pay as it is the only way for the devs to continue improving the game.

Apparently it was reported - hang tight for the fix in some future hotfix.

thx guys, this was the quickest fix ever, the "skip"-label is back, Spit is on!

now that I'm talking to the inner circle: please come up with a "Defence of the Reich" package before anything else.

Everything exists, you only need non-playable B-17 & B-24 in large formations. And a limited area - the triangle Berlin (which you will do anyway, right...) - Hannover - Leipzig. Biggest air battles from fall 43 to spring 45...

“Only” need the B-17 and B-24? That would be no small or quick task. But it would be fun!

HI Von Tollbooth. I may be preaching to the converted, but If you ever have trouble again after a game update and you can see that some missions are not loading and playing, follow this path

Pc/Pro files/IC Studios/BoM/Bin/editor/STeditor/ select tools at top of screen/and select " Save all missions in folder " from the dropdown repeat all the above as far as BoM,

then Data/ and then open up your mission folder and find the one that is not responding [ highlight] and click OK, this may take a few minutes depending on how big that mission is. Now start the fight sim and you should find that the mission is now working.  Good Luck

Hi guys,

Sorry I didnt see this earlier. As explained, Skip function was broken but was fixed fast thanks to Juri. I have not been able to test due to not having a PC capable of running the sim for now.

Note that this is only possible to do with No Official campaigns. Acthung Spitfire is an Official campaign and cus of that is encripted, you wont find a folder with the missions.

If its an official campaign, best is to contact us directly by PM since sometimes posts are missed...

Sorry for the inconviniences
