Is it possible to resurrect a pilot who dies or gets captured in a career?    

 

I would love to continue a career rather than starting all over from the beginning.

Just hit "refly" instead of "end mission" when you know your pilot won't make it.

 

If you don't want to rely the exact fateful mission, just quit at the start.

 

Once you pressed end, I don't know any way of resurrection.

 

Another option is to create a new pilot that will start the war at the date the previous one died/was captured.
