Panzerlang Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 (edited) I've spent most of the day researching shizzle on all this. I have a pair of Fosi TB10A mini-amps arriving today, along with an RCA splitter. So, RCA from my xFi-HD soundcard going to the splitter. x2 RCA going from the splitter, one to each amp. Each amp will feed two transducers (which is where I'll undoubtedly discover the claimed "100W per channel" on each 2-channel amp is total moonshine). The question is, will the SimShaker software automagically distribute vibrations in a 'realistic' way or will it be as if I effectively have one shaker? I have seen where it's possible to use 3.5mm jack outputs separated into their own amps to get more 'realistic' distribution of effects but don't know if that's what I'll need to do, even just to get stereo (left and right) effects. TIA. EDIT: ASIO is up and running, SimShaker 5.1 selected. Edited March 17, 2022 by Hetzer-JG51
Panzerlang Posted March 17, 2022 Author Posted March 17, 2022 (edited) Puh, ASIO not working. The little ASIO applet shows SimShaker is sending a signal to/through it but the 3rd transducer doesn't make a peep. (Turns out one of the four transducers is DOA). Edited March 17, 2022 by Hetzer-JG51
