Which of these planes from each country would you like to see most in a current or upcoming BoX?

Good idea. I've added heavy bombers.

Bristol Buckingham? Why?

It looked like a capable medium bomber, but with only 119 built, I've changed it to Vickers Wellington for those interested in earlier war aircraft.

Added, as nobody seems to like the Fulmar much...

Russian bombers urgently needed .... unbalanced without them.

Devs have ruled out heavy bonnets like the Lanc and b17

Nope, that's a common misconception. Jason says they can make anything they want (including heavy bombers). I'm not sure we'll see it anytime soon, but hopefully in the future...

Lancaster, B 25 and Yak 3.

Any of the others would do for me to though.

Have a a nice day.

When it comes to a/c Jason has never ruled anything out. It comes down to resources or reliable sources that has made certain aircraft and theaters unlikely.

Not going to vote as I don't completely agree with the selection provided but, on the other hand, I have to say that in my opinion making both the B-25 and the B-26 flyable as collector planes should have the priority. Not only they will round up BoN and BoBp plane rosters but will also finally give the western allies some medium bombers that will start to compete with the medium german bombers that are available in game already. :salute:

Can I have a B25J-2 with 18 50 cals, 14 of which could fire forward?

The B25 had many interesting variants and modifications. Some of them were made in the field. I love them all!

Hmm... I think I'd go for:

- A Pe-3 or an I-153 for the Russians (great for existing modules).

- A Lancaster or Wellington for the British (although a Spit IXc or British A-20 would be useful).

- Mustang I or British A-20 for the Americans (That is cheating right?). Or maybe I'll behave... how is this: An Avenger! They were operating from the bases of Southern England in 1944... so they actually fit on the BoN map (if barely).

If we must have one, I would indeed prefer a strafer myself! :) Only used in the Pacific though? Some A-20 strafer variants were actually used in Europe (e.g. the 20mm armed G-1).

I love the fact that you called them 'heavy bonnets'... we must make a meme of this. It is better than the Janson thing and up there with two weeks!

...either that or I've been watching too many historical dramas and getting too interested in lady's fashion (if such a thing is even possible?!

For me no question:

1.    Bristol Beaufighter

2.   B-25J  with the 12 gun Straffer Nose

Unfortunately not on this list

3.  A-20G

4. A-26  with the 8 gun solid nose

Cheers
