P-51B "LOU III" 361st Fighter Group. (New version 1.1)

P-51B "LOU III" flown by Col Thomas Christian whilst C.O. of the 361st Fighter Group in June 1944 flying from RAF Bottisham.

 

Christian flew this before moving onto his famously marked "LOU IV" D model.

 

Sadly he was KIA in August 1944.

 

Version 1.1 Changes:

 

The natural metal finish effect has been improved with the new graphics effect in the 4.703 patch.

The insignia now have the natural metal border favoured by the 361st which I missed initially,

I had missed the radiators on the Alpha layer and these have been fixed and are no longer reflective

Weathering has been slightly modified.
