Game not starting

So basically I got a new computer a few weeks ago and I downloaded IL-2 on it wont even start, I click play it goes to ''cancel'' then goes back to play
I've re-installed the game so many times I've lost count and I verified the game files so many times, doesnt even fix it.
I need someone who knows how to fix this
