Take my money Please! Cant buy non Steam version of BOS

I own the steam version of BOS and the IL2 store version of the other three titles.

I would like to be able to buy the IL2 store version of BOS but cant. The error message i get on attempted checkout is:

- the cart contains incompatible products
- the cart contains products incompatible to the ones already activated on your account
- the cart contains products, already activated on your account
- the cart contains products that require the base version of the game

I think im probably not the only one who has been in this position, is there a way around it?

What do you mean check my profile? My profile shows the titles i own from the il2 store, but not bos which i own through steam.

Open up https://il2sturmovik.com/

Navigate to "Profile" (upper right corner)

Login

Then check your license keys. IL2 BOS Premium Edition should be there.

Wow man, thanks. I really appreciate that. Unfortunately i cant activate the key. The key appears as stars, not numbers i can paste into the key activation box. It also wont let me gift it to myself.

So i deactivated my steam key for bos and logged in and out of il2 as well as the website, still no joy. Thanks again for the effort, hope there is someway you can take back the key so it wont go to waste.

Shoot, I really thought it would work. So I just contacted the support team.

Hopefully it wont cause them a big headache and they will be able to solve the problem quickly.

Oddly enough, i was able to buy the standard edition of bos. So i bought the standard edition along with the La5, already owned the F190 A3, so now im good.

Thanks again. :) Hope you can use the gift key for someone else.

Please wait for the service team to respond, they might have a hard time remember please.

If all else fails, you might be able to send it to ONE other player, so choose wisely, since I can´t can´t do anything but waiting for the issue getting solved by the customer service department... I do appriciate their work. Hope you are able to enjoy the game anyway. Cheers!
