After a few months of unusual silence, newest Dev Q&A happened yesterday and they have been cooking! Infantry looks great and seems to be right around the corner:

GHPC offers a very good balance in realism vs gameplay. There are a few kinks here and there, but in general The game is better than many of it's competitors. A solid recommendation.

I hope they get the AI working. It's like a sack of bricks. It usually way more effective to keep your platoon hidden, fight solo and you use your platoon as extra lives.

 

Steel Beasts was able to get very believable AI 25 years ago. Why is it so hard nowadays?
