Why is the A20 rear Gunner so bad!? ??

Poor field of fire and a small ammunition box that runs out very quickly, so your gunner is reloading almost as often as he's firing. Don't think there's anything actually wrong with the gunner AI.

They aren' t designed as actual gunners. They only act as a counterweight for the pilots brass balls, required to throw this aircrafts crew into a fighter infested environment most multiplayer servers are. ??

Well I do not believe the issue with just one gunner... its all of them. 

 

For some reason MY gunners would rather whoot at my wing mates then at the enemy. SOO tired of flying a ju-88 and seeing the "fired on friendly penalty applied" all the time.

One of the last updates broke the gunners, all of them. Now they are just useless, you can sit at the bombers 6's without much punishment;

On a sidenote... even before the update the a20 gunners (the top one in particular) werent much effective due to their small field of fire and small magazine/drum/ammobox

There's a reason that the later versions of the A-20 switched to a powered turret with two .50cals.
