PWCG FC Target Final Waypoint not movable

Hello,

 

when planning bombing missions, I have to take into account the bomb sight a plane uses. For the Airco DH4 I can (iirc) not dial in the relative wind direction, only if it is coming from ahead or from the rear. To remedy this I want to plan my target approach according to wind direction but on the planning map the waypoint for target final is fixed so I am forced to attack from a certain direction and would have to guesstimate wind effect on the ordnance.

 

Are there reasons why this waypoint before the target can not be set manually?
