Many of Tom's skins may be found in a collection located here. Be advised that some files in some of the folders will not download out of their rar or zip files but the VAST majority in each folder can be. Almost all of Tom's skins have his name in their titles. Unless you subscribe you have to download one folder at a time. Each folder contains A LOT of skin files. There are many  4K files in this collection as well as 2K . I do not think all of them are at Haluters but many are. This repository is HUGE but it does not contain aircraft from around the Hurricane forward.
