Guest deleted@50488 Posted February 23, 2022 Posted February 23, 2022 (edited) After reading a recent post by Black Six: I recalled something I have long noticed in IL-2, namely, how unrealistic taxiing with ground winds above 6 m/s ( 12 knot ) can become. In some fighters it actually turns out to be practically impossible, which is not realistic, to taxi to a stop. Apparently the simulator code has a script that is triggered for wind speeds on ground above 6m/s, causing a weird behaviour on the AI aircraft actions after landing. I have IL-2 in the highest rank regarding overall physics modelling, but this has been a rough aspect of it's ground physics since I started using the simulator, so, I would really like to see it addressed in future updates.
