Just wondering why the B-25 is so unloved?

I am not a skinner (still can't get my head around creating an alpha channel   ) anyway, I was searching around for a few B-25 skins and it is pretty much tumbleweed? 

Just a question for the skinners, is it that no-one is interested in the B-25, is the skin a  pain in the backside to work with? Just curious at the lack of B-25 skins whereas most others have a lot to choose from, all I seem to find is a few Russian marked ones?

I’m guessing if the B-25 was flyable you would see more custom skins.

You got it right. I am waiting. I would have imagined the B25 Flyable would be a kind of priority as we have already the plane, but surprisingly it seems lower priority than the C47 or IAR. There are surely excellent reasons for that, who us mere mortals cannot grasp.

Would love it flyable; I also wonder why this B25D is called B25raf in the game's file system. Thought it was built in the States?

I have no source to back this up but I don't recall ever reading about a B-25 flying with the USAAF in Western Europe in 44-45. So I guess it's it was built and named with the game's context in mind. Or it could be a leftover from a larger B-25 project.

B-25D, as flown by the RAF in the European Theater of Operations. The US Army Air Force did not fly B-25s in the ETO, rather instead flying B-26s in all their medium bombardment formations.

It's a great plane, noticed how that under belly turret comes out when there are boogie-men coming under neath, and goes up when bombing.

 

I remember watching a movie about the first raid on Tokyo, with Mitchell bombers? Also:
