Multiplayer USA west coast servers

Are there any multiplayer servers based on the US west coast?  I have high pings from all the servers I’ve tried (Wings of Liberty, Redbox, etc).

It might just be a connection issue for you, as we have SCG guys flying those servers based on the west coast all the time, especially when TAW starts up.  Hope it works out for you.

I would like to see a new west coast server or 2, or maybe even a full-real server based here in S. America (though I am admittedly to lazy to create one myself so I can't really complain about that;-). I have a 150Mbps fiber connection and my router is optimized for gaming, especially for IL-2, but the ping rate for the Euro servers is just to darn high for me participate on any of them in any fun way. But I get good ping on the North American servers like Combat Box and about 7-9 more, though I won't fly the arcade servers as I prefer full-real so I Combat Box is my only real option.

 

I would love to try out TAW, Finnish, and one or 2 others, but it's just not going to happen at these geographical distances. I would consider hosting or paying for a host service, here in Ecuador, if TAW, Finnish, etc. were interested in expanding and offering another server in this part of the world. It could even be the same maps and missions, etc. just setup for the good ping rates in South and North America. I don't have the patience and knowledge to create a high quality set of missions and a server myself, but I am willing to deal with getting the host server setup locally. Just a thought.
