=38=Tatarenko Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 I got too close to an artillery site when it exploded and my engine was severely damaged. I turned it off and looked for a place to glide in. As I did so, I thought, wouldn't it be neat if only the bottom two prop blades of a stopped engine were bent back? And they were. 1
IIN8II Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 its a subtle but very awesome effect! now only if the planes would sink in the snow a bit 1
=38=Tatarenko Posted July 15, 2014 Author Posted July 15, 2014 Well by this stage I had skidded out onto a frozen river.

It is indeed a "nice touch" and the kind of detail that I really like in a simulation. And for all the ...."the little lights aren't twinkling Clark" s out there.....give this sim some time. I think it's going to be awesome.
PantsPilot Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 This sort of detail leads to total immersion in a combat flight sim and has to be applauded.
