The 44 and 45 campaigns

Pat, I tried to begin a 44 and then a 45 eastern front campaign. Filled in all the boxes but can't actually generate the campaign. I tried all the available units. 

 

Any suggestions? 

 

BTW, I own all the planes, so that's not the issue.

I'll look into that.  Should be nothing special but since they reuse maps odd things can happen.

Don't know if things have changed but used to be that the name you give the campaign influences whether the create campaign will become active. For instance if you have numbers in the name you won't be able to create the campaign. Ditto embedded blanks. Best just to use alpha for your names not alphanumeric or special characters.
