Skins that show up in the viewer, but not in the game ??

A stupid question? These skins show in the viewer, but not in the game ... :

Probably slightly different type of .DDS file.   I also don't see the .DDS extension in the list. Are those .DDS files?  The viewer probably can see a wider variety of files than the game.

That's odd....

Another silly question, are you looking in the right place in the game interface....I know, silly question....but they show in my 'Official' tab as the default ones.
