Linking Accounts

I have reached out to steam players. I have reached out to IL2 support. I have had absolutely no response from anybody, anywhere and i am seriously frustrated. My steam account ran perfectly for a long period of time. I purchased all the battles available on steam and campaigns offered on steam. I noticed there was campaigns but only available through the IL2 site. So I went on IL2 site and purchased all of the campaigns available. Right now I should have all campaigns available to me except the tank and AA. I tried to link my accounts so I could play the campaigns I bought on Il2. No i'm getting errors and can't log on to steam offline ( 10029 error). If i try to log in to online I get an #5 not activated message. So as of right now I own a 200 dollar game unplayable. Any help would be apprecited. Thanks.

So step by step .. maybe someone else will help ..
So you have a Steam account..so I hope you can play the other games properly..if not do a fresh install of Stem..that must work properly without IL-2 Bos.

Then you should install Lockal BoS without Stiem access
with the password which I hope you also use for the forum.
If you can play independently, i.e. without a stem, that’s o.k

Please do not attempt to access BoS Stiem if you do not have ( Local ) BOS installed .

Inside your Steam Library, right click "IL-2" > "Properties" > "Local Files" > "Verify integrity of game files".  That'll replace any missing or corrupted files.

I have done all these plus more. I have reinstalled steam twice. I have checked integrity about 4 times. Somewhere in these forums someone else had same issue. IL2 support have to do something . At least that's what happened to someone else who had same issue. I can't log in from IL2 or from Steam at all. Both get error messages even after clean installs. If a Dev reads this. Please help.

Hmm...really interesting...have you done all the windows 10 updates and installed the Netframewoker and possibly the Direct X driver? 

 

If you try to log into Steam from another computer do you have the same problem?

I have updated everything I can. This is the order of what happened.

I bought IL-2 During christmas sale on Steam ...Battle of Stalingrad.

I also at that time bought....Flying Circus, Battle of Kuban, Battle of Moscow ,

battle of Bodenplatte.

Ice Ring Campaign,Blazing steppe Campaign and Fortress on the Volga Campaign.

 

Everything was working perfect. At that time there was no reason to link accounts. Everything was working through steam.

for the Lunar sale I bought Steel Birds,Hell Hawks over the Bulge,Ice ring (again),Achtung Spitfire,Fortress on the volga(again)

Havok over the Kuban,Blazing Steppe(again),Ten days in Autumn.

I actually bought 3 campaigns I already own on Steam by accident. That I dont care about. I have all 8 campaigns shown on my 

profile as paid for on IL-2 website. 

I tried to link accounts so I could play my new campaigns I bought on IL-2 website.

Thats when all the errors starting popping up.

Now if I try to log into steam Or IL-2 app. I downloaded their setup also to see if that might work but I get same errors.

If i try to log in On-line I get ( #5 not activated)

If i try to log in offline I get ( error 10029 need to log in once online first)

obviously I cant log in online.

 

Someone about a month ago had same issue in this same forum.

only solution was help from 1C. 

I have reached out everywhere to them with No response. 

My hands are tied, dont know what else to do. A lot of Flying, I cant play right now.
