Objectives don't seem to trigger in 1P

Hi all!

 

Quick question here. I'm new to TK and loving it, but I'm finding that for some reason mission objectives don't seem to trigger for me sometimes. I'll see a big yellow arrow on my map, which I assume is an objective marker. I'll drive to it and sod all will happen, even if the current objective is to drive to the marker. I was doing the default SU-152 mission and drove straight through the 'route' / big yellow arrow, and nothing happened. So the Germans just never attacked. I was sat on a hillside eating borscht and wondering what I'd done to offend them. Am I doing something wrong?

Just happened again in the Sherman mission. I never thought I'd describe a world devoid of German tanks as 'eerie', but it is.
