Ranking up and awards.

There is a topic for this already but is a very old thread so I will start a new one. What are the ranking up requirements for pilots, and is it different according to the nation your playing as, my luftwaffe pilot had 25 missions under his belt but from what I saw in the old thread 21 is the requirement for Ltn. I would also like to know more about the awards and possibly a bug with getting wounded. In game I'll get wounded and land but when I go into the generator for debrief it says nothing about me becoming wounded in the flight. I'm not sure if this is a bug or I just wasn't wounded enough for it to count.

I did up the missions needed to get promoted in the LW some time ago as promotions were happening way too fast.

 

        pilotRankMedMinMissions = 30;
        pilotRankHighMinMissions = 60;
        pilotRankExecMinMissions = 110;
        pilotRankCommandMinMissions = 150;

        pilotRankMedMinVictories = 5;
        pilotRankHighMinVictories = 15;
        pilotRankExecMinVictories = 30;
        pilotRankCommandMinVictories = 50;

So i still seem to be having issues, my pilot has logged 31 sorties and has 27 confirmed kills and 7 ground victory's

No.  These are constants in the code.

did this ever get resolved? my ofw has 12 victories and still has yet to be promoted, despite iron cross 1st class and 2nd
