I always liked this scheme but there is a LOT of conflicting information regarding it.

 

In the end I went with period photos as virtually every decal manufacturer, model kit and illustration got it wrong somewhere.

 

Changes in Version 1.1

The natural metal finish effect has been improved with the new graphics effect in the 4.703 patch.

I had missed the radiators on the Alpha layer and these have been fixed and are no longer reflective

Weathering has been slightly modified.
