Jackfraser24 Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 Hi anyone who reads this. I just wondered if a future Flying Circus volume concerning the Battle of Megiddo in September 1918 would be viable or practical. Not only the battle itself but the surrounding area and battles or campaigns leading up to the battle which would be an effective end to the Ottoman Empire’s military operations in World War 1.
J2_Trupobaw Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 Given the character of air operations there - unlikely.
J2_Trupobaw Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 The Entente enjoyed massive superiority, while Central Powers were using fewer, obsolete planes. The air battle was too one sided to make interesting scenario.
Jackfraser24 Posted January 31, 2022 Author Posted January 31, 2022 Thanks for the detailed information. Where do you learn all these things?

BlitzPig_EL Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Well It would finally give my call sign a correct battle to fight in...
