Weird Situation

So here it is, I finally got my wife into gaming, and she is really enjoying it. Thats great, however she is playing games from my steam account... which means I can not play through steam at the same ime as her.

So here is the question, if anyone knows, Would I be able to play on a different PC (New one shows up in a few weeks) using the launcher, if I have all the Keys from steam entered into my account here, at the same time she is on my steam account? I really don't want to have to rebuy games just because we left the era of letting people borrow your CD...

Edit: For clarification, not have us both play IL-2 at the same time, just me. Shes currently busy shooting people in the face in RDR2 and knifing monsters in TW3.
