Spitfire V, IX & XIV Head Limit Correction

Pilot head limits of the Mustang Mk.III and Focke Wulf 190 D9 "Dora" has been adjusted but these 3 planes left out.

 

Issue:

• [1]    Spitfire XIV and IX share the same restrictive limits horizontally as the Mk V despite the 2 newer planes having the more blown canopy.
• [2]    All 3 spitfires could have an increase in head space vertically like the FW190 D9.

[1]: Demonstrated here the Spitfire XIV/IX shares the same exact limits horizontally as the Spitfire V:

Suggested New Head limit horizontally based on similar view in Malcolm hood P51 [Head limit flush with body].

(I was not sure about the vertical improvement, it is up to the developers to decide this)
