How to fly p39 in PWCG?

Does anyone know if we can fly p39s in PWCG? I looked at all the soviet squadrons for Kuban and didn't see any p39s...

    126th Fighter Air Regiment - VVS
            becomes 495th Fighter Air Regiment - 1942-03-01
            becomes 16th Guards Fighter Air Regiment - 1943-03-01
        p40: 1941-08-01 to 1943-06-01
        p39: 1943-03-01 to 1945-06-01
    495th Fighter Air Regiment - VVS
            becomes 439th Fighter Air Regiment - 1942-03-01
            becomes 45th Guards Fighter Air Regiment - 1943-03-01
        i16: 1941-10-01 to 1942-03-15
        mig3: 1942-03-16 to 1943-02-14
        p39: 1943-02-15 to 1945-06-01

 

So depending on the date you choose for your campaign you might have to start in a different type and get P39s as a replacement.
