IL-2 1964 won't launch

I just bught it from steam and don't matter what I do I can't make it launch. I'm using the windows 10 OS and I have already tryied to launch the exe and add the compatibility mode. Anyone can help me out?

I believe this version of IL2 1946 is meant to be started thru Steam.
