Weird white bars on aircraft when near ground.

I'm experiencing an odd quirk with my graphics when on or near ground level. This occurs in all types. System specs as follow:

Intel Core i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz - 16.0 Gb RAM - Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 8Gb (Driver 27.21.14.5167) - Windows 10
