Skin issue

Hello everyone,

 

I looked on the forums, but I could not find an answer to my problem. I have downloaded all of the skin packs for FC, and have unzipped them using WinRAR, but PWCG does not recognise that they are in the skins folder. In one instance, when I go to skin management for an SE5a career, only a few show up, and only under the "loose" category. If anyone could help I'd be grateful.

Also, when I view the missing skins for the SE5a, there are only 6 recorded as missing, but the others that are supposedly not missing are not showing up in PWCG.

Hello @Winkysmith
You created the folders:
data/graphics/ skins/
And in the folder skins you put all the aircraft folders.
All this put in a folder, that you will have to name it, the one you want, and put it in the MODS folder.
I hope it helps

 

PS: I understand that you use the mods, if not what is said above does not work.

Well, I've tried everything. Still no skins appear. They are in the GB/data/graphics/ skins folder. I tried the Mod JSGME approach and no joy. I remember, when ever it was, the PWCG skin packs where available I downloaded all and they visible in the game.. What a huge difference they made to game play immersion. Took some time off to fight in the trenches of "Verdun". Came back to flying again and they have disappeared. Very frustrated. Help would really be appreciated.

There's a setting in main menu in settings to activate "custom skins". Have you made sure that box is checked?

In PWCG did you do "Planes Owned" and "Skin Analysis" and select all?
