La 5 inlet coolent flaps not working

Anyone having issues with the inlet cowl flaps on the La 5?

Using either mapped controller or the default keyboard Left Ctrl - / =

I get no response.

 

Plane is un flyable without that control (the inlet cowl flaps operate on the La 5 as a aperture opening and closing just behind the prop allowing airflow over the heads of the radial engine).

 

Have no issues with I-16, or other craft requiring that controller bind.

 

Is there a way to reset the controls for the particular model of plane?
