Failed to update after power outage

Was running the hot patch download and install, when suffered multiple power outages due to a thunder storm.

 

Game now tries to download, but shows 0/s as the download rate but still and counts down the download size. Then attempts to install but after just a few moments displays a failed to update message.

 

 

So what should I do to rectify things?
