Canopy Raindrops flowing forward (Observed in P-51D)

I cant tell since when this happened, but 5/10 times when i fly P51D, cloud raindrops on the canopy flow from back to the front. Only observed in the P-51D, but also back in the cockpit just for the past few weeks, flying mainly the Mustang.

 

Edit: Just retested, raindrops move in different direction within or between different clouds. I guess its intentional "behaviour", depending on the turbulences in the clouds?
