Yak-9/9T Template Problem

I just tried to open the Yak-9/9T templates but they are .psb files.

GIMP won't open them

Photoshop CS2 won't either.  (I don't have a regular Photoshop version as I refuse to pay "rent")

 

Other Yak templates are .psd format.  Is there a .psd for these templates?
