Need Advice: Are There Left-Handed HOTAS Sets?

All of these new HOTAS set ups are pretty neat, but are there any that could be used for lefties? I mean with left hand on the stick and right on the throttle...

No - no one 'cots' HOTAS offer version for left hand. One or two  (standalone) stick, e.g. Tm T.16000M allow config for left hand.

 

Time ago some guys modify CH stick and throttle to left hand users:

One workaround is use T.16000M (hall sensor in X and Y axis) plus CH Quadrant or two Saitek quadrant for throttle, PP, mixture...

Thank you for the reply Sokol. I probably should have done what you suggested, however I found a store inear me that has Saitek X55s in stock. I decided to order it rather than go get it (lazy I know), but hopefully my right hand can figure out how to fly a plane!
