ATA_Vasilij Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 Hi devs, 1. Since last update I am repeatedly experiencing this bug. I am on the six of enemy plane. Distance less then 0.5 Shooting. I see hits. Suddenly the enemy plane stops in the air and begins lagging like warping or pumpijng (front back front back) Immediately big explosions and I am dead or my plane exploded. Sometimes enemy is also destroyed in few cases enemy continue in flying like nothing happen and only I am dead. My opinion: The game is confused and in short time doesnt know what to do. So weird things to see weird things to happen. In that moments game computes that I was somewhere close in that area so it gives me a death. Experienced almost once every evening of flying, personally or I see this by others players. Note: Its not bad connection by me or enemy plane. since that close moment all fly nicely and fluently with small ping. And only in that few 1-2 seconds big problems happen.... 2. Another moment where Game badly compute the hits is moment when enemy shoot on my plane. I see tracers going somwhere far behind my so I am calm saying to myself its OK. He stopped shooting and Suddenly I hear bang bang and in my wings big holes or even my pilot PK. And in such moment I say what the hell? How could he hit me when I saw everything missed??? Its such moment in which again the PC is overloaded I think. Planes do big maneuvers, and in microsecond I see something like something bad is computed and the game gives random result. So I was closed so I am dead. My opinion is that there are moments in which somethhing bad is calculated and the results absolutely doesnt correspond reality. Its again not about connection. Its about some strange moments in overloaded game..... BOTH OF THIS DIDNT HAPPEN BEFORE LAST TWO UPDATES !!!!! I fly many years so I know what is connection problem. This is different. Its bug in code. (Second one began with update where hits were redone to better correspond the excat position of shooting. And the first one began with last updae) ___________________________________________ Things to think about fixing. A) tracers from bullets - devs reduced visibility. In my opinion they are total weak. Unrealistic weak. They are almost invisible. I dont like that. I would like to know if others do. B) hitting the ground and Pilot dead. Devs reduced chance to survive when landing on the raw ground. I know before it was to bad but now is it also bad but on the other end. Now is dying in almost each try of landing not on the airfield. Its not realistic. The game now behaves like pilot are NOT fastened by seatbelts ?!! But in reality they WERE !! And also in every moment the prepare for impact they fastened belts more. Actually the most smooth landing on the ground without gear equals dead. Its broken game. You broke it to unplayble state. Taran was quite typical maneuver for Soviet piltos. Its impossible now. Pilot is always dead when any smallest crashing with other object. IL2 plane was manufactured to land on the ground without gear in wide fileds (emergency landing) So it has the gondolas from bottom of wings and it slides the ground after landing. After your updates it is almot impossible perform emergency landing even with this "safe" plane. Pilot is dead in most cases. Thats crap !!! Please fix it. Vasilij
III/JG52_Speedwulf77 Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 (edited) Well, With the "Landing Issue" i´ve experienced that that you still can survive (at least in a 109) if you land below 180Km/h and depending on the ground. ( Rocks dont work at all, for example) . But yes , often you die even beeing slow on grass.. For Parachutes that land over trees. Now they are dead?!?*#?! Thats absolutely NOT realistic! ? "Trees" are even often held as "Lifesavers" for parachuters (allthough you often have problems to get out of there) and i now what iam talking of , i´ve been 15 years under Chutes and save in trees too.
