latest update problem

Hi All, Since that latest update [686 Mb] which I think was a hotfix, when I start IL-2 it cancels out my Track IR and as soon as I close IL-2 my Track IR works again ? my tracking head set works flawlessly when looking at the Track IR setup screen, I would like to now if anyone else I experiencing similar problems.

Hi have tried re-booting my system but problem persists, I have noticed that the Track IR censor stops picking up a signal from my headset as soon as the game " enter " screen is displayed ? and yet before I start up IL-2 the Track IR works all the time ! so I can't see that there is a hardware problem

Not noticed that myself. Have you tried saving your tracking profile and then re-installing it? A bit of a pain I know but it's worth trying every option...

Thanks for that, but i still think that the problem is not with my Track IR, it seems that IL-2 is not recognizing my device for some reason

Check the starup.cfg if there is a track ir setting the is set to =0.

I just checked my TrackIR5. All good here.

Thanks for your help, but I think now I have perhaps solved the problem, I moved a few USB hub port connections for all my devices [Track IR/Joystick/headphones] and thankfully all seems to be working. I may have to replace and update my old USB hub and get something a bit more up to date.
