Empty Plane Setup Screens

I am no longer able to make any changes to my plane in both single and multiplayer modes. The page opens, I see the plane, but there are no options. All I can do is click the Accept button.

 

I've already tried to verify files via Steam and still the same result.

 

Are there any temp files or user-profile specific folders I can remove before attempting to uninstall/reinstall?
