To clarify for anyone who is confused:

 

The question is 'when will the P-51B from Battle of Normandy be useable in the Battle of Bodenplatte campaign?'

 

To fly the P-51B one needs to pre-order the early access version of Battle of Normandy. The P-51D is already in Battle of Bodenplatte, and one needs to own Bodenplatte to use either aircraft in the Bodenplatte campaign.
