Are mission with old clouds broken now with the new clouds?

The new clouds should not ruin your missions.

 

Have you tried 're-saving files in folder' from within the editor. Check for it under the 'Tools' heading.

The clouds are different. Most missions are fine, but if you have your flight altitude just above the cloud top of an overcast, they will be in the clouds
